Classical open air with a picnic in the park: July, 22nd and August, 4th, 2012

For many years the Klassik Open Air, Europe's largest open air classical music event has been held in Nuremberg's Luitpoldhain park.

You can listen to classical interpretations of popular works, as well as classical film music performed by the Nuremberg Symphony Orchestra and the Nuremberg Philharmonic under the open skies, while enjoying a picnic in the pleasant atmosphere of the park as the sun goes down. It's hard to escape the magic of this event. This is demonstrated by the approximately 100,000 annual visitors, who attend the two free Klassik Open Air concerts at the end of July and the beginning of August.
